On Tuesday, April 29th, the Montevallo MADE Program hosted its annual Finals Break event at Sharp House. From 8:45 AM – 10:30 AM, students were welcome to come join the MADE faculty and staff members for some free breakfast treats.


This event, open to on-campus and commuter students, offered free donut holes and chicken minis on a first come, first serve basis.

The Spring 2025 semester has come to an end, and to kickoff the last week of events, UPC held a Midnight Breakfast. The midnight breakfast has been a tradition for decades. Students come to the cafeteria to enjoy a late night snack and good music.


For this semester’s Midnight Breakfast, students had the option of group photos in a photobooth, or having their very own custom license plate made.

On Saturday, April 19, Montevallo’s Orr Park transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity and community as it hosted the annual Montevallo Arts Fest. Organized by the Montevallo Arts Collaborative, this free event celebrated local and regional artistry, drawing visitors from across Alabama and neighboring states.

It was that time of the year again. The University of Montevallo hosted their annual earth fest on main quad this past Thursday afternoon. From live music, to live animals, the festival had a little bit of everything to offer.


There were terrariums you could build using a jar and dirt. Once filled halfway, you could add plants or rocks and decorate however you want. Another arts and crafts station had cloth bags that were available to paint.
